We’re back…

Benny and I are back from YES! Michigan. We had a great time seeing all the family, although we missed Jason and our dogs. The dog issue will be remedied this evening. The Jason issue, not until Sunday ![]()
The flights went fine. Benny passed out about halfway through each trip. You can tell it was a good flight with an infant when the people next to you declare your kid the cutest on earth. Who am I to argue?
The rental car/carseat issue was difficult, but we eventually worked it out. Mad props to Matt for his help. While I’m at it, I need to smother Gabe and Jessica with thanks for dropping us off and picking us up at the airport in MSP.
Pictures will be coming soon…
If you are off, enjoy the holiday weekend.

You knew this title would happen eventually, but it is for good reason today. Benny will be taking his first plane trip, and Mommy will be taking her first plane trip with a baby. I’m kinda nervous, but it is a short trip. We are going to Flint-town to see family, and unbelievably all the sibs will be there. It isn’t even a wedding or funeral. I’m excited to see everyone. I will try to blog a little on my trip, but I might be too busy running around and eating coney dogs (mmmmm…Flint coneydogs).
While Ben and I are in Flint, J will be dirtbiking in CO for a week with Jake, Rob, and Luke. Ben and I will alternate between worrying and missing him like crazy. J had better have tons of pictures to post when he gets back, because he’s going to have temporary custody of our new digicam (our anniversary gift to eachother). Have I mentioned I lurve that new camera? I’m off–

Last weekend, we packed up the family truckster and headed to Sheboygan Falls, WI for a visit with the Moberg clan and the AMA Superbike races. We had a good time eating, hanging out, and falling asleep together watching the Aviator. Easton, Sherilyn and Ed watched our midget while Stacey, Jason, Clarke and I went to the races. Even though I got sunburned (as usual) and EBoz came in fourth, it was a super time. Click the title to see some photo highlights from the weekend.
