What would 4 be like?

I’m (usually) used to 2 little boys in the house, but last weekend I got to experience 4! We went to Wisconsin to visit J’s Uncle Ed, Sherilyn and the cousins. Clarke and Callie are huge; Clarke’s going to be a senior this year! The “little” kids are 3 and 7 now, and Ben and Sam LOVED them. Ben keeps asking when we get to go back!
Here are some photo highlights of the weekend…
All the little boys (Drake -3, Ben – 4, Easton – 7, Sammy – 1):

All the little boys, silly face version:

Each night the bigger would snuggle in Ed and Sherilyn’s bed and watch cartoons. Ben fell right into that routine:

Sammy got these cowboy boots that Drake has outgrown. He loves them:

Don’t you hate it when you are driving along, and suddenly your boot fall off? Sam does:

Not really related to the visit, but this is a good picture to show how Sam’s eyes are changing. No longer a deep blue, they are more a greenish-grey.

Just a couple “day in the life” shots recently. I haven’t been taking enough pictures of the kids, especially Sammy who is growing so fast!

This is the reaction my kids had to Sesame Street Live:

This was the highlight for Ben:

And the highlight for Sam (light-up spinny souvenir toy):

My favorite part (butterflies):

The great company (went with friend Beth and her daughter Sophie):

The ending Ben is still talking about:

Last weekend, I met Jason and the boys at the camp in the UP. We love it there, and we love that our boys love it there too. The highlight is always relaxing with family. Read more
